About Mary D’Alba

MARY D’ALBA is a corporate trainer and metaphysical practitioner. Her experiences in the corporate and spiritual world bring her a unique perspective on life and her philosophy on helping others. Mary believes that all healing is self-healing and feels honored to use her many modalities to facilitate the wellness of others. Mary offers her clients a wide variety of techniques, but it is always up to the client to choose the technique to which he/she is drawn.

Mary is a registered, certified clinical hypnotherapist through The National Guild of Hypnotists. A graduate of The Hypnotherapy Training Company, Mary was trained under direct supervision of renowned hypnotherapist Julie Griffin. She has worked with clients to stop smoking, play a better hockey game, self-confidence and medical issues. Mary also works with clients on a metaphysical level through past life regression and developing psychic ability sessions.

Mary has been a guest and the host of the Open Doors Psychic and Holistic Health Radio program on WBET, 1460AM, discussing several hypnosis topics such as Past Life Regression and Medical Hypnosis. Mary was one of only two people chosen to be the resident hypnotist for Open Doors in Braintree and Brighton in 2003.

With her experience as a teacher and trainer, Mary has presented informative and interesting programs to attendees at many classes, seminars, expos and retreats. She has kicked-off the Alternative Balance Wellness Retreat in New Hampshire and presented such topics “Hypnosis for Spiritual Development” at the 6th Annual Reiki Conference presented by Common Ground Natural Health.

In addition to the myriad of Hypnotherapy trainings and certifications she had completed, she also has several years experience as a Master Teacher in Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Shamballa Multi-Dimensional Healing. Some of Mary's clients have been employees of American Airlines after 9/11 and clients who are preparing for surgery and clients receiving chemotherapy.

Mary is a psychic, specializing in heart-felt, empowering and accurate readings. She is a Certified Tarot Professional through the American Board for Tarot Certification and is currently working on her Angel Healing Practitioner Certification through Elizabeth Foley. She has been featured in several news articles through out the greater Boston area including the Allston-Brighton Tab, The Dover/Sherborn Press, the Malden Observer, and the Medford Transcript. Mary has also been interviewed for the book “How to Receive a Great Psychic Reading” by world known Medium Carole Lynne. Mary has trained with such mediums as Carole Lynne and Gayle Kirk.

Mary also is an Ordained Minister through the Universal Brotherhood Movement. She has facilitated weddings, commitment ceremonies, baptisms and blessings for people looking for personalized ceremonies. Some of Mary’s ceremonies and prayers have been featured in “Weddings, Funerals, and Rites of Passage – Sample Ceremonies for Celebrants, Officiants, and Ministers” by Reverend Amy E. Long.

Mary has now stepped into the coaching realm by helping clients find their true passion and their soul purpose in life. She uses tarot, her psychic ability and her ability to get to the root of a problem to work with her clients on finding their path while setting realistic, measurable goals. She works with clients on their challenges and strengths while they move their life forward. Mary is a certified coach through “The Practical Coach” system by Dawn Falbe and Gina Concotelli.

Mary is a delight to work with. Her calming, easy going manner, warmth, and heart centered approach to all she does is quick to set the client at ease during any of the wide spectrum of services she offers.
